Ray has been with the Fire Department since June 1983. He had been with the volunteer department since March 1982. He is certified as an Instructor I with the Virginia Department of Fire Programs, General Instructor with the Department of Criminal Justice, EVOC Instructor, Child Safety Seat Inspector, and certified Dispatcher.
